Why Choose Air?
Presently most mobility enhancement scooters run off an onboard battery system, which although is functional isn't without its fair share of downsides. Such downsides include the weight of the electric batteries, the fact that recharging them takes a sizeable amount of time, and that running out of charge can be inconvenient at best and crippling at worst.
One potential solution to the problem is to change the fuel type from electrical batteries to compressed air. The batteries would be taken out and in their place would be air tanks which would feed into a small generator, and that generator would be what powers the motors. With this goal in mind and a little research and development, we hope to prove that using this alternate method of fuel would be a feasable and legitimate replacement to electric batteries.
